Step 1: Document checklists
- Form IMM 5257 (your background). Full name must be same with passport, no need to separate first name & last name. Download here
- Form IMM 5707 (family history) Download here
*both form can be downloaded online & Form IMM must be validated once completed.

- Proof of financial supports (current & saving accounts including tabung haji, epf, asb, credit card statement, S&P for any properties etc)
- Proof of employment
- 2 digital photos (follow canada visa size requirement)
- Travel info (return flights & itinerary)
- Photocopy of marriage cert (if any), birth certificate & IC
- Payment receipt of CAD 185 (online payment for visa & biometric)
Step 2: Make biometric appointment & submit documents including passport at VFS Global, Wisma MCA KL.
Step 3: Pick up your passport after 14 working days.
